From time to time, Tenants may have the occasion to host receptions/parties in their premises. Whether they are during office hours or after, the Property Management Office should be informed well in advance of the date.
If the reception is held during business hours, the quiet enjoyment of other Tenants must be considered. If an after-hours party is planned, consideration should be given to having hosts/hostess welcome your guests in the Main Lobby and check their names off a guest list. This procedure would not hold them up by having to line up and sign in.
Two other services should be considered. The nightly cleaning may interfere with the reception and therefore could be delayed: and continuing the air conditioning system, which operates until 6:00 p.m. unless otherwise specified differently in your lease. Both procedures will result in extra charges but will assure a smooth running reception.
