Monthly Parking is available at 151 Yonge Street. The parking garage entrance is via Richmond Street (adjacent to the Loading Dock). The exit is via Victoria Street.
The garage has reserved and unreserved parking for monthly permits for tenant parking available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Spaces are limited to the number entitled under each tenant's lease specifications. However, should additional spaces be required/available, they will be on a month to month basis with a thirty- (30) day cancellation notice provision. All monthly parking charges will be included in your rent schedule and are due on the first day of each month.
On behalf of the landlord, Imperial Parking Canada Corporation (Impark) has been retained to manage this facility. All requests for month to month parking should be directed to their attention (please reference Lot #246) at the following location:

Effective July 1, 2010, until further notice the rates for monthly parking permit and for daily transient parking are as follows:

||$301.48 + $39.19 HST = $340.67

- Illegally parked vehicles will be ticketed. Any vehicles parked in the designated fire route will also be ticketed.
- Vehicles parked in the garage are entirely at the risk of the vehicle owner. The Landlord and/or Property Management shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles parked in the garage or the contents however caused or incurred.
- Thirty (30) days written notice is required for cancellation of any/all spaces.
- No washing or repairing of vehicles is allowed in the garage.
For your own safety, please remember to lock all doors and close all windows after you have parked your vehicle in the garage. Valuables and cellular phones should be stored and locked in the trunk, where at all possible.
