Authorization Permits All visitors to Fifth Avenue Place requiring after hours access to the tenant's premises must be given an Authorization Permit. The Authorization Permit must be completed and signed by the tenant then delivered to our office 24 hours prior to when after-hours access is required, exceptions are made in emergency situations.

Building Access The building is open each day at 6:00 a.m. and is secured at 6:30 p.m. After-hours access can be gained through the “proximity card” system. The card readers are located at the main lobby entrances on Fourth Avenue S.W. (west tower) and First Street S.W. (east tower).

Key & Proximity Cards Keys and a block of proximity cards will be issued to the new tenant upon move-in. A signing officer must complete the Proximity Parking Card Change form and return it to our office prior to the move-in date. If a card is lost or stolen, please report this immediately, in writing, to the Building Management office stating the cardholder's name, company and if possible, the card number. This process will ensure building security is not breached.

It is the tenant's responsibility to inform the Building Management office, in writing, when an employee leaves the company. The proximity card issued to him or her must then be returned to the Building Management office for re-assignment. The Building Management office is to be informed immediately, in writing, of any changes.

Parking/Parkade Access Tenants with parking stalls allotted in their lease agreements will have received or will shortly receive a Parking License Agreement. Any tenants wishing to rent additional stalls on a month to month basis should make their request in writing to our office.

Access to the parkade for monthly parkers is off both Fourth and Fifth Avenues. Card readers at both entrances allow access with a proximity card.
