Queen's Quay Terminal

Queen's Quay Terminal

207 Queens Quay West, Toronto, Ontario

Designed in the late 1920s as a dry-storage shed for general merchandise and cold storage, the Terminal Warehouse Building, now known as Queen’s Quay Terminal, was the first poured concrete building in Canada. Today, Queen’s Quay stands as one of Toronto's first conversions of a former industrial building to a mix of commercial, office and residential condominiums.

Queen's Quay Terminal encompasses a specialty retail centre with over 20 shops, restaurants and cafés, the 450-seat Fleck Dance Theatre and approximately 400,000 square feet of office space on 9 levels. Located at Harbourfront Centre on Lake Ontario at the foot of York Street, it is a short walk from the heart of Downtown Toronto. The Art Deco-style complex with 2 atria, multi-level interior courtyards and glass walkways, has received numerous design and development awards. In addition, the property is listed in the Toronto Historical Board's Inventory of Heritage Properties.
