At Brookfield Office Properties we are dedicated to bringing you the highest level of customer service and support. This online tenant handbook is a resource for information you need for your building---operations, services, policies and procedures.
Please contact the Property Management Office with any questions regarding the information in this handbook. We are glad to have you as a customer in a Brookfield Office Properties building and look forward to providing you with the tenant services you require now and in the future.
This manual is designed to answer tenants’ questions about building services, regulations and policies. The manual is a general guide, not tailored to each tenant. If the manual conflicts with the provisions of a specific lease, the lease is the governing document.
The manual also includes extremely important information about preparedness for fire and other emergencies, building access policies and procedures, the services and amenities offered by the building, and other matters.
For answers to questions, concerns or suggestions about the material in this book (or any other related matter), please call the building manager at (303) 383 – 1801.
