Well equipped with extensive amenities and perks, our garages boast superior air quality, lighting and maintenance, complimentary ValetAssist, among many other benefits. These premium facilities offer a wide range of value-added services. Although the garages are fully automated, parking staff are available Monday to Friday from 6:00AM to 12:00PM. Security patrols and monitors the garage after hours and on weekends to provide assistance.
I) General Information & Location
With approximately 1000 underground parking stalls, the garage has eleven levels of parking for daily and monthly use for both tenants and visitors.
The entrance to the underground garage is accessible from both Adelaide St. and York St. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Maximum vehicle height allowed is 1.95 metres or 6 feet 5 inches.

Tenant and Visitor Parking
Tenant and visitor parking stalls are available on all levels, please see section V for daily rates. Five parking elevators provide access to Ground and Concourse floors in First Canadian Place and Exchange Tower.
Visitors have the option to insert a credit card instead of taking a ticket upon entry, but please note that any parking validations provided by First Canadian Place tenants require customers to provide a ticket.
A parking access electronic transponder is available for customers who are interested in arranging for regular monthly parking. The transponder mounts directly onto the windshield behind the rear view mirror and allows for convenient, hands free access in and out of the parking garage. After Hours Parking
Both parking entrances are accessible 24 hours a day. If the garages overhead doors are closed they will automatically open once you approach the door. For your convenience, there are intercoms located in the entrance and exit terminals on level A .which will link you to the Building Security Control Centre, if assistance is required. For safety reasons, pedestrians should never walk down the parking ramp.

Car Sharing Partnership - In an effort to encourage and facilitate environmentally responsible driving, First Canadian Place has ZipCar vehicles (including at least 1 hybrid) available on level A.
Valet Parking - Complimentary ValetAssist parking is available from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. weekdays, on level A.
Garage Safety Features:
Closed Circuit Cameras - A sophisticated network of closed circuit camera monitors activity in the parking garage at all times. Garage entrances and parking elevator lobbies are monitored by closed circuit television at our Building Security Control Centre.
Emergency Assist Station - The garage is equipped with a panic alarm system that is electronically monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by Security in the Building Control Centre. The interactive equipment enables Security to instantly pinpoint the zone from which an alarm has originated so that Security Officers can immediately be dispatched to assist the caller.
Emergency assist stations are identifiable by their bright yellow colour. They are located on all levels of the garage. Each column is equipped with a two way intercom system. When the button is pressed it links to Security who will respond to emergency situations. The area is monitored by closed circuit cameras.
If You Have Locked your Keys in your Vehicle - Complimentary service to unlock your vehicle is available to all patrons of the parking garage. If you are in need of this service, please call the on site Parking Office at 416-862 6304 or through the Pay Station intercom located in each Parking Elevator Lobby.
If Your Vehicle Battery Needs a Boost - Complimentary battery boost service is available to all patrons of the parking garage. If you are in need of this service, please call the Parking Office at 416-862 6304 or through the Pay Station intercom located in each Parking Elevator Lobby.
If Your Vehicle Windshield is dirty – Complimentary Self Serve windshield fluid is available to all patrons of the parking garage
Tire Inflation and Windshield Stations - Complimentary windshield washing fluid and tire inflation courtesy stations are conveniently located on level A.

Each 20 minutes or less — 5:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Weekday daily maximum — 5:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Each additional 20 minutes or less — after 6:30 p.m.
Early bird special — In 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., out by 6:30 p.m
Evening flat rate — 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Daily & Evening maximum — $38.00
Weekends & Holidays (Includes HST)
Flat rate — 5:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Weekend & Holiday maximum — $12.00
Monthly Parking Payment
Payment options include credit card, monthly billing and preauthorized payment and may be arranged by completing the Preauthorized Payment form available on the website or calling the Parking Office at 416 862 6129. Visitor Parking Payment Options
There are 3 methods of payment when exiting the garage:
- Credit Card Only: Upon entry, take a ticket at the Entrance Terminal and before exiting bring your parking ticket and pay at one of the pay stations located in each Parking Elevator Lobby. Retrieve your paid parking ticket and proceed to the exit on level A. Insert the ticket into either Exit Terminal and the gate will automatically lift allowing you to exit.
Alternatively, credit card payment can be made at the Exit Terminals on level A. Insert your ticket and credit card and once the credit transaction is approved the gate will automatically lift to allow you to exit the parking garage.
– Cash Only: Upon entry, take a ticket at either Entrance Terminal and before exiting pay for your parking ticket charges at one of eight Pay Station located in the parking elevator lobbies at each level. Retrieve your paid parking ticket and proceed to the exit on level A. Insert the ticket into the Exit Terminal and the gate will automatically lift allowing you to exit.
PLEASE NOTE CASH PAYMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE EXIT.
- Credit Card In/Out: Upon entry, insert your credit card and when leaving the garage, insert the same credit card at the Exit Terminal. Once the credit transaction is approved the gate will automatically lift to allow you to exit the parking garage.
• llegally parked vehicles will be ticketed. Any vehicles parked in the designated fire route will also be ticketed.
• Vehicles parked in the garage are entirely at the risk of the vehicle owner. The Landlord and/or Property Management shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles parked in the garage or the contents however caused or incurred.
• No washing or repairing of vehicles is allowed in the garage.
• No overnight parking.
• For your own safety, please remember to lock all doors and close all windows after you have parked your vehicle in the garage. Valuables and cellular phones should be stored and locked in the trunk, where at all possible.
