Occupational Health and Safety Environmental Regulations
The building owner and Building Management endeavour to make the building a safe workplace and require all work practices within and around the building and car park areas to be carried out in accordance with the relevant Occupational Health and Safety legislation.
All works carried out in the property must comply with the respective acts, regulations, codes of practice and Australian standards.
