Property Removal/Stolen Property
To prevent unauthorized removal of material or equipment from the building, the “Property Removal Authorization” form, which can be obtained by contacting the Property Management Office, must be completed by an authorized tenant representative and be retained by the individual authorized to remove the material. Security or Management Office personnel will request this form when an individual is removing materials or equipment from the building after normal business hours.
If property belonging to a tenant, employee, or visitor is stolen, notify the Police Department and the Management Office immediately. A security officer will respond as quickly as possible to take an in incident report and assist the Police Department. After hours, tenants should call (240) 497-2100.
