One World Financial Center
One World Financial Center is the southernmost tower of the Cesar Pelli designed World Financial Center. The World Financial Center complex includes four Class A office towers and extensive public and retail space highlighted by the Winter Garden, a dramatic glass and steel public space with a 120' vaulted ceiling. Completed in 1985, the building is a 40-story tower with over 1.6 million square feet of rentable area.
