Preventative Maintenance

Specialized equipment installed in Tenant’s premises is the responsibility of the Tenant to operate and maintain at all times. This includes fans, air conditioning, water heaters, grease traps and other plumbing appliances, in addition to all other equipment in your premises for carrying out normal business.

It is recommended that the necessary arrangements be made for a Maintenance Service Contract to service any of the equipment, which requires regular attention. For your assistance, our Operations Manager can recommend several service companies.
